This Distance Sales & Service Agreement is concluded electronically between the service provider and the customer under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Parties

2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the tour, transfer or yacht service described in the reservation, including date, price and conditions.
3. Price and payment
The total price is stated in the reservation confirmation. Payment method: pay on the day, deposit or online payment [when activated].
4. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport and leisure services provided on a specific date. Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Conditions.
5. Performance
The service is performed on the date and time specified in the confirmation.
6. Disputes
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are authorised within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
