These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Class Legend Travel Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

Our services

We provide private transfers, tours, activities and yacht charters in the Antalya region as a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency (A-15295).

Reservations

• A reservation request is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team.
• You are responsible for providing accurate details (names, dates, hotel, flight number, phone number with country code).

Prices

• Prices are shown in EUR; other currencies are indicative.
• Transfer prices are per vehicle; tour prices are per person unless stated as private.

Waiting times

For airport arrivals we track your flight. [For hotel pick-ups, the driver waits up to X minutes.]

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, airline changes or force majeure, but we will always do our best to help.

Conduct

We may refuse service to guests who endanger the safety of drivers, crew or other guests.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Antalya courts and enforcement offices are authorised.
